Our role is to handle claims for clients in a professional and ethical manner.  We only act where we believe your prospects of success warrant a claim being brought or defended.
 
When we act for claimants our objective is to put them back in the position they would have been in had the problem or accident leading to the dispute not happened.  Our role is to deliver justice and restore an individual’s emotional, social and financial position.
 
When acting to defend a claim our aim is to preserve a client’s position and ensure that all arguments that can be used to reduce or avoid any likely liability are placed before the court.
 
In all circumstances we will consider the prospects of success and advise when and how to seek a settlement of a claim before court proceedings become necessary.
