Buying at an auction might seem an exciting prospect but it is not for the faint hearted!

The key to an effective auction purchase is preparation. Before attending the auction you and your surveyor will have the chance to inspect the property. Your Solicitor will also have the chance to check the Contract pack for the property. You also get the opportunity to check out the local area and investigate (if you know where to look!) what other similar properties in the region have sold for recently.
